The Robusta slurry tankers with variable track width, tandem axle version

The unique Schuitemaker variable track width Variospoor is characterised by the possibility to widen the track during work, allowing the wheels to electrically/hydraulically extend up to 80 cm on either side, to widen the track from 190 cm (on the road) up to 350 cm (on the land).

Characteristics of the "standard" Robusta Vario 220 tandem
    • Soil-friendly machine with large capacity (22,000 litres)
    • Offset wheel placement
    • Extremely soil-friendly machine thanks to front variable axle and rear wheels placed close together.
    • The custom-designed attachment to the rear axle trestle makes the injector carefully follow the track without serving out.

    • Hydraulic sprung rear axle
    • Thanks to the compact construction a very favourable 12 m turning circle and a shortest turning circle of 8 m.
    • Easy manoeuvrable, both in drive and in reverse.
    • Forced and torsion-free steering with hydraulic cylinders.
    • Michelin 1050/50 R32 tyres.
    • Low ground pressure for each wheel thanks to optimal weight distribution when spreading manure, using a full 22,000-litre tank.
    • The whole combination is very stable, both on the land and on the road.
    • Pump drive via gearbox or the specific Schuitemaker variable drive.
    • Good access to the Börger pump

The Robusta 250, suitable for hook arm system, type Kameleon

Especially designed by Schuitemaker for the Kameleon hook arm system is a Robusta pump tank that can be mounted or dismounted in only a few minutes.

Steps to be taken to dismount the tank without affecting the shallow grassland injector or farmland injector. These steps are to be taken in reversed order for the mounting of the tank.
1. Uncouple the PTO from the slurry pump
2. Remove the hydraulic hoses (compressed air and return) and connect to the coupling block of the chassis
3. Remove two multi-current plugs
4. Turn the dismounting support down in one tilting move to make sufficient ground clearance for the built-on injector

Characteristics of the "standard” Robusta 250
    • Approx. 24,600 litres tank capacity
    • Börger pump FL 1036 industrial model
    • 8” swivelling suction arm for loading and unloading
    • 6” suction opening with snap-on coupling at left and right side
    • Level indicator with extra sightglass
    • Vredo cutting filter FT 4100 including add-ons
    • 3-point linkage facility built onto the tank, including power distribution valve.
    • Variator drive with LH-5000 monitor
