General
Schuitemaker Machines BV is situated in Rijssen on the Morsweg at the industry zone “de Mors” covering a site of 46,000 square metres, 12,500 square metres of which is taken up by the factory. The latest expansion took place in 2000. This was necessary since the Company had outgrown the old building due to a steady increase of business activities. As well as a new 15,000 m2 production hall and a 10,000 m2 covered storage area, the office was turned from a one into a two-storey building. Schuitemaker Machines BV employ 140 staff, 110 of whom are directly involved in the production process.

Strategie
Schuitemaker Machines BV are producing goods for the agricultural and industrial sectors. Schuitemaker provide the industrial sector with steel profiles in various sizes and weights. In the agricultural sector Schuitemaker produce equipment for:
    • forage production;
    • forage distribution;
    • solid and liquid manure processing.

The Rapide chop loader wagons and the Siwa silage wagons, especially suitable for contractors, have been known for years for their solid construction, and are used for both cutting grass and the maize harvest.
The three Schuitemaker forage series include:
    • the Amigo series silage block and bale distributors;
    • the Feedo series forage boxes with distribution rollers;
    • the Vertigo series vertical feed mixers.

Schuitemaker manufacture three series of manure spreaders in various sizes and capacities for processing solid manure. These include:
    • SMS manure spreaders;
    • Calypso universal broadcast spreaders;
    • Furore broadcast spreaders.

VBoth farmers and contractors have a large selection of pump tank wagons and vacuum tank wagons with or without Combi shallow grassland injectors to choose from.
Other successful Schuitemaker products include:
    • The tipping trailers for transporting silage and arable farming products;
    • The Subliem series of soil dumpers;
    • The Kameleon hook arm pick-up system.

All the above Schuitemaker products are for sale via the large dealer network, not only in the Netherlands but also in many other countries.
