Schuitemaker’s infinite quality profiles
From the drawing board to the finished product: profiles have been a Schuitemaker specialism for many years. Steel profiles in an almost infinite variety of sizes, thicknesses, colours and models. Efficiently manufactured under optimal conditions, suitable for many applications. Thanks to its durable quality for long and intensive use, the Schuitemaker profile is an extremely solid product. The logic result of old-fashioned craftsmanship, vast experience in manufacturing and up-to-date equipment.

Rolling and machining
At the heart of Schuitemaker’s production process is an enormous, very advanced profile roller. The large working width (1500 mm) enables it to roll many types of profiles in one routine. Schuitemaker also has:

• a full range of machinery, including lathes, milling machines and drills;
• angle benders and presses;
• Plasmasnijmachine
• plate roller;
• profiling machine with a working width of 1500 mm;
• various welding robots;
• ultra-modern chemical surface treatment (including zinc phosphatising) through large immersion baths, maximum dimensions: 5200 x 1600 x 750 mm; powder coating tunnel, maximum dimensions 6000 x 1800 x 650 mm.

Applications
Schuitemaker steel profiles are applied on a large scale and worldwide in various industrial sectors, such as in:

• complete superstructure on the chassis of light lorries;
• side and tail boards of heavy trucks, trailers and many types of vehicles used in the agricultural sector;
• special profiles for the industry, container and utility construction works (such as roof and outside wall cladding, filter plates for power stations and several custom-designed profiles).
